Capital Improvement Projects
- FY2024 Parallel Taxiway and Lighting Project
- Replacement of 3,750 ft. of concrete taxiway and installation of LED taxiway edge lighting.
- Project will include installation of new stub taxiways.
- Project will assist airport in meeting FAA standards for runway/taxiway separation.
- Relocation and installation of new segmented circle and lighted windcone.
- FY2025 Land Acquisition
- Potential new areas for development on southwest side of Taxiway A.
- FY2025 Perimeter Fencing Project
- More than 8,000 linear feet of fencing will be constructed on the east side of the airport to serve as a barrier to wildlife.
- FY2026 Terminal Building
- Existing plans will double the size of the existing terminal facility. Complete with a commercial kitchen and restaurant space, new conference rooms, offices, and a pilot lounge.
- FY2026 Terminal Apron
- New aircraft parking apron will be constructed on the east side of the terminal building and connect with Taxiway A.
- FY2027 Taxi Lane Development
- New taxi lanes may be constructed to support the expansion of private hangar construction at the Airport.
