The Airport Board currently consists of 7 members as follows: 1. The Guthrie City Manager or their designee. 2. Three (3) Trustees appointed by the Guthrie City Council. 3. Three (3) Trustees shall be appointed by the Edmond City Council. 4. The current Guthrie-Edmond Regional Airport Board Trustees may recommend individuals to each respective City Council to fill vacancies on the Board as they occur. The weight given to those recommendations shall be determined by each respective City Council.
